A notorious casino money launderer who died inward a hail of bullets in a Nipponese restaurant in Richmond, Metro Vancouver, was non the intended target, according to prosecutors.
Jian Jun Zhu was the manipulator of Silver International, an underground bank building with golf links to drug cartels that water-washed hundreds of millions of dollars through and through Vancouver-area casinos.
