A lawsuit brought by the kinsfolk of a Canadian gaming dimension manager — after he died from a scrap there — is erupting into a tribunal fight o'er who is to blame for his demise.
Lawyers for Michael Glaspy, 51, of Riverview, New Brunswick, who allegedly struck the manager, Rodney Frenette, at Casino New Brunswick, say that Frenette is responsible for his have passing, CBC reported lowest week.
The claims amount after Frenette’s sept filed a civil cause seeking pecuniary amends from Glaspy.
The incident took shoes on March 4, 2023. On Mar 28, Frenette, 56, passed off at a local hospital.
