The recent fateful shooting inward a parking garage at Sparks, Nev.’s Nugget Casino Resort was justified, law proclaimed on Thursday.

Based on initial details released by Sparks police, on April 6 Vincent Wilks, who was wearing a ski mask, was inwards the garage, Reno, Nev. TV station KRNV reported.
He walked upwards to a parked auto inward which was Gaylon. Wilks opened a rider door to the motorcar and pointed a firearm at Gaylon, law said.
