In June, reports emerged that he, attended past local constabulary officers, had entered the gambling casino on 31 May and taken physical control, removing Director Hajime Tokuda past force.

“After some time, Mr Tokuda unitedly with his lawyers and other ousted directors transferred to the Golden Ballroom,” wrote Kazuo Okada.
“After being asked several times by Okada surety to peacefully lead the ballroom, Mr Tokuda and his associates rebelled and stayed inwards the ballroom.
“Okada security, in accordance of rights with Okada Security Department Standard Operating Procedure and Security Induction Training, physically carried Mr Tokuda come out of the ballroom to the parking area.”
